We stayed at this beautiful resort for two weeks last
November 2006. It was obvious that the Hotel spared no expense to capture the true essence of
Aspen with a rustic/luxurious decor. The furniture
and art work in the lobby area and throughout the
sitting areas were quite spectacular!

This place is crazy nice! the rooms are unique with deep colors. the staff is friendly and fast! unbelievable! i am definitely staying here again!

Customer service was great overall. There was a misunderstanding about our bed size when we arrived and no upgrades were available. The front desk compromised the next night and our room had a gorgeous view of Ajax mountain (and the right size bed) the next day.

Absolutely fantastic service and location with the slopes at the doorstep. The ski valets were a great touch and the Club Lounge for frequent travelers with its own concierge is amazing. We're are planning another winter trip there.
