I thought the place was clean, reasonable price nice pool and hot tub. It also has hookups for charging boats. The downside to this hotel is that if you want a meal and a cocktail you need to drive 5 mintues into town. Remember don't have too many cocktails because you must drive back to the hotel where the bar is only open (never)!! The need a place for local sportsman to socialize and this place would have it all
