This hotel is incredible. The rooms are very unique. The hotel staff are all very friendly and efficient. If I did not live in Memphis I would stay here every time I came to Memphis. The food is also very delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating.

The feel of this great hotel is the best part of it. Food is out standing and the lcation to downtown Memphis and a gym was also why we stayed there. When we go back this is where you will find us. Oh, also they have the best view of Memphis from their roof! Get a drink and go up to relax.

Fabulous decor. Outstanding service,friendly & accomodating staff. Fitness room is small but a must-see. Thursday nights on the roof are pleasant with a band playing.

When I first walked in, I had to wait too long at the front desk. The staff was quite unfriendly. The atmosphere was nice, and it was near some great cafes and restaurants though. They made a mistake with my room service. It wasn't as clean as I would expect a fine hotel to be either. In general, I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to my friends either.
