There was no guide on the TV so I had no idea what show or movie I was watching. How great is it that they have 3 HBO channels, but I didn't bring my laptop or newspaper so I don't know whats on?!? So I shut the TV off and went to bed annoyed.

Even though some of my family booked the room to late to get the group discount, the staff was courteous enough to offer them the same rate. I stayed at this hotel recently with a couple friends. The service was great. The guys at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. It was definitely worth the money. The only thing is, it was a little crowded at breakfast time. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, rooms were clean, location was great, and people were nice. Next time I'm in the area, I will stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

My Wife and I stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise out of ft. lauderdale. The hotel was great with agreat location. Since my wife fell in love with the cruise I will use this hotel again and would refer it to mo family and friends!

Hotel is fine but the service sucks

When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm the clerk said the reservation was cancelled because the credit card denied it. I then showed her the prepaid receipt. She gave me a room but insisted on charging me. I'm in the early stages of trying to get a refund. They admitted to double booking and were 106% overbooked. It's first come first served.I ...
