We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The noise form the train was so loud no one slept. The earplugs provided did not help. Then the smoke detector started beeping in one of the bedrooms at about 2am. Horrible! Worst hotel stay we have ever had. Left town early because of this experience.

this hotel is right next to a highway and railroad tracks with trains coming by throughout the night. along with that the A/C and refrigerator in the room are extremely loud and annoying. all night i couldn't sleep due to all the noise. Also, the only person working was an 18 yr old girl who hardly knew anything and no managers because they all quit!! this was a horrible experience for my family and we will never stay here again.

I have been staying at this hotel every time I go to Monroe to visit family. I have never experienced bed bugs before and I am confident that I never will. The Residence Inn is a very nice hotel with exceptional service. I would recomend it to anyone!

Nice place if you don't mind bed bugs eating you while you sleep!! Itch Itch Itch Itch Itch. Disgusting and they refuse to believe what they were told. Doctor at home confirmed and prescribed benedryl.
