Terrible Service, horrible management

This was definitely the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. We have traveled extensively worldwide and have never had such a bad experience. The room was dirty...sheets were "popped" and not changed from previous guest. Management was not responsive and downright rude.

I must visit Kennett Square, Pennsylvania every three weeks for my husband's business. We were both raised in that area but, have been living in Florida for the past three years. Since I am so homesick for my old hometown lovliness, I really look forward to our business trips to Kennett Square.

Friendly staff, location was close to all attractions, and far enough away to be in a really pretty setting. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, we will definitely be back!

The Hotel was not only convenient to Longwood Gardens but many other attractions. From check in to check out the stay was perfect. I took advantage of their Longwood Gardens Getaway package, which was a great value since it included the tickets to Longwood and an upgraded breakfast.
