Smelled terrible, I had to go and by plug-ins and renuzits to mask the musty smell. My room had tiny black ants and spots on the carpet. The toilet was backed up and my pillow had ketchup stains all over it. NO EXAGGERATION. Stay somewhere else, this place is gross.

One positive was the front desk staff. They're are very friendly and open about their price-matching policy.

The room was very dirty. TV did not work right. The a/c did not work good. The toilet was leaking. I could not even sit on the chairs..... big stains god knows what...

The stay was very frustrating! The name of the facility has been changed to"Heritage Suites". Since I arrived after dark, it was impossible to read the numbers on any of the places of business.

I stopped several times to ask for directions to the "Hearthside Suites" and spent over an hour searching for a facility that didn't exist.

Once I finaly found the Heritage Suites, I found it to be OK.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Good location for us. Good basic place with no frills.

A little skimpy when it came to towels, soap, etc. Would have liked an iron and coffee in the room. The continental breakfast barely existed.

Would have rated it a 4 if these things had been present.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area. I had access to restaurants, stores, specialty shops within the same block. Access to the downtown area and the airport was convenient. The room service could be a little better. When I needed clean towels, I had to physically take the dirty ones to the front desk each time in order to get clean ones.
