the breakfest was bad. the shower didn't work well. i wouldn't stay here again.

Pleasant service on check-in. Super clean rooms and hotel areas. Great value. Great location close to the highway. Only (minor) issue on location is that all the better restaurants are located downtown Minden, a couple of miles away from the hotel. As I was there on business, I was more interested in the proximity to the highway but it was a minor point for those to whom this is important.

this is not one of the better holiday inn express, would have rather stayed at the best western that was booked, i now see why, the staff bring thier kids to work at night and they scream and play on the first floor till sometime around 2 when shift changes ( i understand that it can be tough on someone with kids but atleast control them. only had to stay 3 night and then moved to the best western

This hotel was one of the best in Minden. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and would also stay there on future visits.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to help my family. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The continental breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
