This hotel has a lot going for it, but like a lot of hotels in China it is big on impressive spaces and marble, but poor on customer service, facilities and general "software" of a hotel. It is not up to the Marriott standard by any means. There are huge and vacant spaces reminiscent of 1950s Soviet architecture
