The buildings are not properly maintained and looked very unsafe because of the cracks in the wall and poor wooden platforms..swimming pool was down for upgrading job but it was not updated in their website.The food are very expensive and the security officer are not friendly.Maybe can go here just for the weather only....

The hotel ambience is so great... We are really like a unique of Colmar building design like the French’s village. But the service very disappointing…we feel very disappointed with the housekeeping service here...we was call for the housekeeping service for request the iron but nobody comes to send the iron until we check out in this ...

We were there in February 2007, and stayed in the one bedroom suite, which was quite spacious and comfortable, although I would have liked a bigger bed. A king-sized bed would have been better suited to the room. The mattress was rock hard too.

The hotel was great!!! But, the location was nasty!!! Nothing up there! We must get down from Bukit Tinggi only there is some places like Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Gardens... Another thing is, the bed is bouncing!! Not enough space for 3 people to sleep in 1 bed.

Totally i cant imaging how people could stay overnight there.
It really waste of time to go there.

the location was ok, nothing superb. we found it weird though for the office to be at one end of the hotel and the rooms scattered everywhere else. there were no proper directions given. the room was just ok. could be better. there was a slight smell in the room when we first entered.

What I like about this place is that it is built similar to a village in France.. But the climate is wrong and the service and hospitality is not that good.

The rooms are not that great. They have ants in the bathroom. A squeeking bed and when u first enter the room, there is an odour of a room not well-cleaned. Seriously.
