Our stay at the Hampton was very pleasant. We have spent the last four Thanksgiving at this hotel because my son lives in Derby and we hve our family reunion at their home every Thanksgiving. The location is perfect.

I am from West Seneca but reside in Florida. I stayed at the Hampton Inn during the Blizzard in 2000. They were awesome. They offered food, blankets, shovels etc. making a very difficult time easier. The facility is always clean, the staff are professional, friendly, efficient... actually just plain wonderful. While it is the best place to stay in the Buffalo area, it is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in on any business trip thus far.

This Hampton in West Seneca N.Y. was Exceptional. Clean Comfortable room...Nice breakfast available with indoor and outdoor seating. Very helpful and Friendly Staff. Ample parking--close to Highway, restaurants, shopping, football stadium.

We stayed 3 nights. Room was adequate but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was better the earlier you got there. Krispy Creme doughnuts, cereal fruit, and a hot entree or two (not terribly good). One step above continental. Cafeteria quality.
