Take a Clevelander's advice; Stay here!I have never stayed at the Hyatt, because I am from the area, but travelers should be assured that this is a great place to stay. The hotel incorporated the beautiful Arcade building. The Arcade, financed by Rockefeller and modeled after the Vittorio Emanuele in Milan, Italy, has been deemed impossible to reproduce today. Uniquely fantasticMy night's stay at the Hyatt was fantastic. The hotel is set in the countries first indoor mall and has maintained that mystique. It is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and is located in a great part of downtown. Jewel in an Otherwise.......belittled city! Old office building that's been converted into a magnificent hotel space. Great layout--each room used to be an office, and you can certainly feel the history! Good service too, and convenient to spots in town. The Hyatt Regency, a great experienceIf you are planning to stay in Downtown Cleveland look no further than the historic Hyatt at the Arcade. This Is Where I would GoI never had a stay at a hotel, but if I was to stay at one..I would pick this one..I have had people to say that it was nice in there and the people are friendly. Enjoyed My StayI liked the location of the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It's connected with a little shopping center and there's a Starbucks downstairs that is open in the morning.
The only complaint I have is the parking deck next door puts a damper in my pocket book especially if you would like to leave to go do something. You have to pay twice.
