I loved that it was close to the major shopping, but off the beaten path. Our kids loved it, we loved it. It was clean, NEAT, breakfast was awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay. We were two blocks East of Grand Lux, and close enough to walk to all the shopping. Def. recommend it.

This hotel is CLEAN and just off Michigan Ave in a convenient location. Beautiful modern decorations. everything seemed new. FREE breakfast. Free internet. Staff was wonderful. Can leave your car until 6pm on check-out day for NO additional charge..and they will hold your bags. just ask at the front desk and they will have the answer and will arrange tickets if needed. use travel site for much better rates.

The place was a little hard to find but it was worth the couple extra drives around the block. I have never been in a cleaner, friendlier hotel in my life. The beds were even comfortable.

I called a few times to get information from the front desk and they were so nice and so helpful.

This is a great place! The staff is very friendly. I arrived before check-in time and was given a room right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their free breakfast was wonderful! Can't beat the location - just a few blocks off Michigan Ave! This hotel is a great value! I will definately go back to the Fairfield Inn!

We stayed there over New Years weekend. The rate we got was fantastic. The room had a king size bed and television. The separate sitting area had a couch, desk, huge tv and stereo. The room was very clean and the desk staff very helpful and courteous. Bonus was the buffet style continental breakfast with muffins, bagels, coffee, juices, waffles ...

Great Location!! The Staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly! The room were clean and maid service was excellent!! Parking was across the street about a block away and ran $26.50 per day with validation from the hotel(good deal compared to other's at $32.00 per day). I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn for a pleasant stay while your in Chicago.

Michigan avenue was walking distance. Hotels and other attractions were also nearby. Great place to stay if you are visiting Chicago. The room was clean and well maintained. The lobby was nice too. Had a nice continental breakfast too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived to the hotel during a very busy weekend in Chicago with probably the highest occupancy rates in a while due to National Restaurant Convention going on at the time. Good location and good value. Rooms are a little small but very clean. Valet parking not as friendly as the front desk. I would stay here again.
