We stay at this Residence Inn when we were traveling to the area and have always been made to feel at home. The customer service has been terrific - everyone smiles and says hello. They have a great breakfast too! The rooms are a nice layout and have all that we need for a family. It also is very centrally located (close to the freeway and LAX).

First night there was no shuttle service available.

Second trip the shuttle left us stranded on the tarmac for over 30 minutes.

Will not use again.

Room was okay but pricey. Staff not very good.
