Great hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is only about five years old. The free drinks at night are great and the free breakfast is the best around.

I was there for business for a week. My partner was "stuck" in the hotel, but she did not seem to mind with her made to order breakfast. Everyone was wonderful. Like everything about stay-- convenient to Franklin. At first they could not find our reservation. I did have our confirmation number and therefore the staff made it very easy to get us a room!! Guess they had no chose, but they were very pleasant. Everyone makes mistakes. Would have been nice to have offered us a meal or an extra night due to the hassle. Oh well-- you asked me to write more.

I was there on business and had a 3 night stay. The staff were courteous and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was a delicious cooked to order meal. The rooms were roomy with a divided wall and door and a TV in each room. Excellent for a working environment or allowing privacy for a family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Embassy Suites at Cool Springs is a wonderful hotel for a convention. With people waiting in line to check in, the staff remained very calm and organized. The process was completed much quicker than expected.
