This hotel is very clean and comfortable and all of the staff were most helpful, courteous and went out of their way for us, with smiles, every day of our 10 day stay. We can't say enough good about our first time visit to California and our excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza of Garden Grove. We would definetly stay there again and recomend ...

Small swimming pool, inconvenient, dark parking lot,small rooms, coffee shop is closed when you want the coffee shop to be opened, boring place.

The only saving grace to the location of the hotel is Target across the street from the Hotel, Disneyland is down the street, across the Hotel parking lot is Joe's Crab Shack (weak drinks), Red Robin (yuk), and a few other neighboring restaurants nearby.

Everything is good except for parking situation. The small parking in the front is reserved for vallet only. Self-parking is behind the hotel - to get to the parking lot, you would have to go through the front or side door, and walk a good distance. Having two kids loading and unloading all the stuff was tiring.

We thought this was an awesome place to stay. We were able to have early check in without any problems and the shuttle to Disneyland was great. We will definately stay here again.

After calling the hotel on our arrival date early in the afternoon to see about checking in late, we were told our room was paid and garuanteed late arrival, and they had plenty of rooms. Upon arrival, we were only offered the option of comfort suite, room with a fold out couch for a bed.
When we declined this, we were put up in another hotel ...
