Trouble management. We were waiting for the breakfast almost 30 minutes. Forget about the breakfast we did not even have coffee to drink.

We visited our son in Lubbock during his spring break in March. We stayed in this hotel during Christmas time front desk employees were very nice, specially Mehmet was very helpful.

Everyone went overboard to be helpful. We had a lot of luggage and everytime I saw a serviceman or maintenance man he asked 'if he could help'. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. We rented the meeting room for a graduation party and everything was setup perfectly and in place. Great place to stay or host a meeting!

For a pretty new place it is already getting really dated. In our room the easy chair was so tattered it was too gross to sit on. The carpet was quite stained, and the shower was messed up. Breakfast was pretty poor. You'll give up space, but the Hampton and Courtyard on the south loop are much better maintained. Also there is a newly remodeled Embassy Suites nearby. I have stayed there and it's a bit better.

The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were great. The breakfast spread was huge, far better than continental. It was a little more money than we usually pay but the free dinner and breakfast made up for it. Rooms are good size and very clean.

Everything there was really good the hosekeepers were nice and the houseman was really good person so when ever I go to lubbock agine i would love to stay there agine.

The staff create a welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast buffet was very good. It's located near family friendly restaurants which is important to us.
