A friendly desk clerk answered our call in a desperate search for a hotel room in a town that was booked solid. Luckily they had a cancelation and were able to fit us in. We got a great rate, a very large clean room, with an extremely large bathroom. The hotel was full, but you'd never would have known it - it was quiet and not very congested. The staff was happy to see us and we loved our time so much we will be returning.
