All of the place i like it very much.The place very beautiful, fresh air, good quality servises and the room was very comfortable and very nice.

This hotel has a really beautiful setting nestled into the edge of a national park. When we stayed there were very few guests and this added to the charm.
The pool is on of the nicest hotel pools I have seen. Some of the fixtures and furnishings in the rooms and public areas are a little run down however. The service quality is also a little hit and miss.

We are the local residents and the resort is just 40 minutes away from our home. My family loves this resort mainly because of the generous size and lengthy pool. Every year, we would stay in this resort at least once and if opportunity arises, twice. It's an ultimate getaway.

I love to take a walk during sunset to enjoy the tranquility and relaxing atmosphere.

I think I am a bit selfish because I wish the place is less known so I could have the whole lagoon to myself.

I dread at the thought of eating the buffet breakfast and lunch at this resort. I am unhappy with the service however the personnel are quick to flash their smiles and politeness.

Theres so much that the mgmt can improve here, especially in the quality of the bathrooms and the swimming pool.

The reception personnel are great but they lack the communication skills to problem-solve.
