Our stay at the lodge was absolutely wonderful. I booked a two night stay at the lodge and a spa package. I saw some of the bad reviews after I had booked and was very apprehensive. My fears were unfounded. The staff was great. They made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful. The room was awesome. Very relaxing. The beds and linens were so ...

Worst room layout ever! No privacy!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/08/08
My husgand and I travel quite a bit, and after hearing that the Willows Lodge was listen by Travel & Leisure, we were really looking forward to staying there. The lodge itself is nice, the room was lovely, BUT the layout was so flawed. The designer who did these rooms put a large opening between the bedroom and the bathroom to showcase the ...

Yikes, this is supposed to be a nice joint?

I wasn't the one who actually stayed in the lodge. My husband and I purchased a stay at the Willows for my sister's wedding night. I even called a day before to confirm everything was set, and was sent an email confirmation stating that all was well. When my sister and her husband arrived, with their friend who had driven them to the ...

Plan on returning every year!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
This is the absolute best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are so cozy and 'warm', with the atmosphere making a person that stays here feel completely pampered. Between the fireplace in the room, and the patio outside facing the garden, we enjoyed it all. The location is great, nestled between winery's. The grounds offer a ...

One of my favorite hotels!
By mistry9, 05/10/05
I've stayed at the Willows Lodge twice in the past couple years. The first time I was on a business trip, and I thought the hotel was so incredible that I vowed to return with my husband so we could enjoy all the wonderful aspects that make it the perfect romantic getaway (which we did in Sept 2004).
