I loved the room and the hotel, it was both elegent and the staff was very friendly and helpful in telling us things to do in philadelphia.

I loved the location, close to everything, we stayed overnight to take our son on college visits. Great service, great price, graet value, and the rooms were clean and very well maintained.

The Bed was clean and very comfortable. Roomservice was definetely a plus, so we didn't need to leave the room one night. The views out of our room overlooking the river were amazing.

We liked the friendly service, because we have two kids and travel is just not as easy as it wasy with just the two of us. When we got there, the kids were greeted with a bag full of goodies and a Philly zoo key. They really had fun. That is what is most important to me.

THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS ONE OF THEE HYATT'S BEST NOT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO PENNS LANDING (ANOTHER PHILLY HOT SPOT) BUT BECAUSE IT'S ALWAYS SO FRESH N SO CLEAN!!!!! AND THE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD THERE SO THIS IS ONE HOTEL I'D RECOMMEND OTHER THAN MY FAVORITE WHICH IS THE WESTIN LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN PHILLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
