this establishment was on point. right down to the friendly service, the complimentary breakfast id not seen at any 4-star hotels,to the fresh baked cookies each evening. super clean-great location-free parking-no "resort charges" add-ons. i just cant say enough. my only problem,the toilet tissue!.otherwise emaculant.we looked at several places & upon walking in,well,they had us at hello.

This hotel has such a friendly staff. It's like home away from home. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I couldn't believe the things they offered at this hotel for the price I paid. We will definitely come back.

WE HAD THE GREATEST TIME ON OUR RECENT TRIP TO THE PALM SPRINGS AREA. WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID. STAFF WAS GREAT AND HOTEL WAS CLEAN! GENERAL MANAGER NAMED CHARLES WAS VERY NICE AND EVEN GAVE US SOME COLD GATORADE WHILE WE WERE LAYING BY THE POOL AND PUT ON SOME NICE MUSIC. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK...VERY SOON! TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY!
