The rooms are ok and everything. Im not saying it was bad, just the customer service. We stayed there this past Valentines Day and they are still charging us. We were billed that weekend and then twice on the 17th of March and then once again on the 1st of April. They keep saying they are going to fix it but they havent yet and now the manager is ...

Room was very clean. Many extra amenities in the room made me feel at home. Breakfast was terrific, much more than I expected. Very clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful. A little pricey but, will definetly stay there again.

The staff here is very nice and the property is beutiful. it is nicely located next to outbak steak house and many other resturaunts. the room we stayed in was a nice and clean room nothing was out of place. i recomend this hotel to any one trying to save some money and have a good time

Never judge a book by it's cover. Once you get inside, it's different. The lobby is nice, but once you get to the room, forget it. Holes in the bathroom door. Filthy carpets, stuff had been spilled & not cleaned up. The lock on the door was actually hanging. The rooms are not kept up very good. Cheap quality furniture. For the price, you should get much more than what you get here.

I definatly recommend this hotel if you are short on cash but still want class.. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. One time we went and didn't like the room we were given so they upgraded us to a suite, that's what I call customer service..

This hotel was pricey for what you get. On the outside and in the lobby there is a good presentation. Once you are in the room, they are small, poorly kept - the toilet rocked and made noise, the flooring was coming up, the noise of the customers above us was horrible -- you can hear everything from every angle.
