Worst stay ever!

I am employed with a company that takes me all over the state of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Upper Michigan. I made my reservation for this hotel, and when I went to check in, they "misplaced" my reservation, and had to give me an alternate room. We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite (they have 2) and it was very nice. More than you would expect from a little town. Desk service was courteous but a little slow. It is small, no pool or fitness center, but they do give you passes to the fitness center in town.
