I liked the place because of its great location with the luxourious beach in front of the hotel. The service in the beach and pool was great because you can relaxe with the sound of the ocean nearbye and also the people who work their give you food and drinks. The beds were alsso great because in my opinion I would have taken it home if I could. I hope you visit soon, trust me you'll have the time of your life.

This hotel is located in beautiful Key Biscayne, Florida. About 40 minutes from the airport. I have stayed there a handful of times now and they always remember me! The Ritz Carlton has always been known for it's high class service but this hotel is a 10!! The staff, gift shop and spa are all amazing! Not to mention the endless breakfast bar and made to order omlets. I dream of sitting by the pool waiting for my pina coloda!

I can't believe I actually paid $500, incl. taxes for the room. Okay, so I had a lovely view of the beach. My room was hardly adequate, no coffee or tea, a pile of crumbs by the bed, a dirty nail file behind the nightstand with dust bunnies on top of the carpet, no carpeting or tile in the closet, a teensy shower, lously taxi availability, service folks not empowered to solve issues...I could go on...

love the place where it is located hate the service dirty and too expensive! the rooms were dirty and had lots of bugs and spiders. the service were mean and boring.

We would recommend this hotel. It is clean, friendly, accomodating and very relaxing. However, watch out for the pricey drinks (one drink may cost you $30- OUCH!)!
