We won't stay anywhere else.
The service is acceptional the 5 times we have already stayed. Never had an issue. The bed and linens are the most comfortable that I have ever had on vacation. I purchased same for home. both my husband and I commented that we had the best sleep ever in a hotel. The location is right on the beach a walk away from everything. Love the pool and the spa.

I've stayed at a lot of great hotels but this is definetly not one of them. I can honestly say that I was shocked that it was a Ritz. The service was terrible. The workout center was filthy. There was dried sweat on all the machines. Housekeeping never changed our sheets or restocked the honor bar. The staff just didn't seem to care. ...

just returned from 2 nts in south beach. this ritz is lacking in the service area. srvc was spotty at best. lobby is very cool! srvc at pool is spotty - at best.

When we arrived our room was not ready. The hotel could not have been more helpful. They were really apologetic and when we were taken to our room one hour later we found we had been upgraded. My bathroom roof fell in because of a leak in the above bathroom. The elevators were less then reliable. If you are lucky enough to stay in a pool adjacent room, you will not have to deal with the merely adequete elevators.
