From the moment we arrived it became my own private hell.We were supposed to have a a JR. suite for handicapped but the room we were given was a third floor walk up. They said no problem and gave me a jr. suite on the first floor but it only had one bed in it !!!!!!!!!! I love my son but I prefer to sleep with my wife aloneI demanded to speak with ...

The food was wonderful...the Xcaret Park was great...Play Del Carmen was wonderful...but our fav thing was the beach / bay...it is great for children...shallow but with a lot of fish...very safe...there were a lot of pools...but to swim in a safe bay in the ocean was excellent

I would never book with any of their hotels again. It's taken me 5 phone calls and 2 emails over a month to get an answer to my question and I'm still waiting. They'll put you on hold for hours or until you give up, they'll say they'll contact you in a certain period of time and you'll never hear from them again. ...

My parents-in-law paid for our entire family to go here for five days. I DID NOT want to leave. Fabulous food--completely relaxed atmosphere--amazing service--fantastic pools and beach. I think I ended up taking something like 14 rolls of pictures. I have never felt so comfortable, so taken care of, and so well-fed in my life. The staff was incredible, and we wanted for nothing. If I could LIVE there I would.

What could be a terrific hotel is seriously marred by horrific management. Guest services is inept: not having a solid, fast reference for tour and golf prices, distances from hotel and updated availabilities. They need to waste tons of timing calling for everything. Reservations are required for dinner and need to be made in person with guest ...

there was nothing i did not like about this place. it was my first time out of the USA and i loved it. the poeple that worked are what made it so fun. there is this fun club down there and the poeple who are with the fun club are the best. the shows at night are a most see. go you will love it.

Disliked-beds, hard as a rock.
Service-not exceptional, didn't seem to care.
Beach-pretty, but not what I expected.
Couldn't get reservations for resturants, got tired of buffet.Bars closed too early!

Liked- food was above average for all inclusive.
