One of our favorites!Love the accomdations, the view, the central location and the food court. The front desk castmembers are very accomodating. just another disney resortThe Port Orleans is just another overated disney resort. Starting with the front desk person giving us false information, the slow bus service to and from the park. Overall the help at the resort was somewhat distant and not so willing to help guest with there questions. Cannot imagine a better Disney hotelWe stayed the last weekend in April through the first weekend in May 2007. From the moment we pulled up until the depressing moment we left, I cannot imagine having a better time anywhere else. The resort is on the small side so its quiet and everything is close. Mildew and awful roomMy husband and I stayed here to gain the advantages of staying on disney property (free parking, extra hours, etc).
The hotel was a nightmare. The shower curtain was a mildewy mess. I called it in at 8 AM and was assured it would be replaced. When we returned from the park around 10 PM it hadn't been. Gross!

Disaster thanks to Front Desk ManagerI stayed with my wife and our 6 month baby at the French Quarters earlier this month. To my surprise it turned out to be a disaster for my baby. We were checked into a wrong room by the front desk. The room was opened and our luggage checked in the room by the bellman, which i thought was good and I thanked him. Fabulous for family & reasonable!It was first class Disney. I love this placeWe first stayed here in Oct 05, actually had to spend half the day in the room because of Hurricane Wilma. The rooms are always clean, the staff is great. We were having a bad start to our vacation and the staff pulled out all the stops to make it much better. Value for you moneyI have stayed at several upscale Disney hotels in the past. My favorite is the Polynesian Resort, but the price has gotten out of hand so I stayed in a 'Moderate' resort this time.

WE WILL BE THERE ON OCTUBER THE 26TH.Sirs:
I am pleased to go again with my grand daughter.
I want to ask you if you may receive two packages containing two SPECIATL CUSHION SEATS that I bougth in USA and I plan to bring them back to México City; these seats are for my wife who has a minor back problem.
