As I am sitting in this hotel writing this, I have to say, NEVER stay here. My husband and I were scheduled to stay here for 10 days while we were waiting to close on a house. What made it somewhat uncomfortable was the rudness of the staff... (it seems like they were giving you a favor in just talking to you or anwering your questions)! Be ready for that!!!

While this hotel's acoomadations and location were nice, certain employess were very rude, unreasonable, and refused to understand that if your phones in the room do not work when you pay close to $200.00 for the room......THEY SHOULD WORK!!! The breakfast is great! So is happy hour. The night-time menu is kind of like school food. Edible, but not too good. We love this hotel though. We go back every year. The rooms are great. The pool and jacuzzi are fun.

This hotel has the most beautiful rooms! They are really like small apartments. The staff is courteous and helpful. I've stayed at other hotels in the Charleston area, and between the suites, meals, and the hostess, I have stayed there on every occassion since my first stay in 2003.

full breakfast, hot evening munchies w/beer & wine, full free laundry facilities. Spacious rooms and friendly service. Been there twice, going back soon.
