Location is perfect, right beside train station. Bad experience is when the hotel lost all our lugguges and only found them when we were checking out. Hotel also lost our rental car's keytag.

This hotel had beautiful views of New York and had easy access to city.

lovely views of the harbour, very nice staff, wonderful location, the people in the shops are lovely. The view from the restaurant is the best so far I have seen of Manhatten in the moring or evening.

Beautiful hotel. The view of NYC is outstanding. It is a short and easy trip to get into the city....about 5 minutes or so. I would higly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to to to NYC.

Great view, but Jersey city is far from George Washington bridge. The pool was the smallest ever, and it was not heated. The hotel was somewhat clean, but not 5 star. Service was overall good. Everything needed to be paid for. 6 dollar for water!

This is such a great place to stay if traveling to NY. The price and quality of this hotel beats all the prices of NY hotels, even one's with lesser quality. Short of staying in NYC, this is the next best option, particularly if you're headed downtown. You are literally at a PATH station and arrive at the WTC in 10 minutes. The rooms, views, etc. are wonderful and the staff extremely accomodating. Expect to pay a fairly steep price for drinks in the bar, dining, and other services.
