We have 1000s of guests that come to our hotel all year and never have we had any body that has ever given us so many problems as these baseball teams have. Their language was offensive to us and our staff.. They called our staff stupid ...

Seriously, too many complaints to list. Everybody I talked to during our week stay had a complaint or interesting story of terrible service. The hotel was a sponser for the 14U girls fast pitch softball national tournament. This tournament brought 76 teams from around the west to the Mt. Vernon area for an entire week. The Inn was great they had everything we needed. Storage for clothes, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. They were cleansy and had a nice size bathroom. Maids were friendly too!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Tulip inn. The continental breakfast was nice as well, also we heard that some of the rooms had full kitchenettes so this place is great for long stays!!

We stay here frequently and find it clean and comfortable. The small appliances are useful to us and the beds are comfortable. We find the staff friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay there as needed.

this motel was the best rate for a three night stay. the owners and staff were very friendly. our two queen bed were extremely hard. i did find however in looking up this review site, the rates shown were $59, dollars this week instead of a special rate they gave last was $ 72. as seniors on a fixed budget, and the travel expense from eastern ...

It is obvious the staff wrote most of the reviws for the establishment. What I didn't loke was the place is garbage! It was just an overnite stay but I couldn't wait for morning. The beds should be disinfected at least 2x per week. Looks could be deceiving! Do not patronize this place. Staff are not courteous. What i did like was that morning finally came.

This was a trouble place! Onsight managers that must have been related to the owner to get the job. Poor service, unprofessional WORDS CANNNOT DESCRIBE HOW BAD THIS WAS.The male clerk was mad at the female clerk (his wife?)because we interrupted his TV program.

The sheets were dirty and didn't look like it was vacumed. There was a weired smell. I read the last two reviews and saw the pictures and that was why I stayed here. Will not stay here again.

The room made me feel like I was home! I stayed for four nights and the rooms were like new! Staff was friendly and it was very clean.
