We loved the location and the ocean view.
It was nice to have the choice of indoor or outdoor pool, however, indoor pool could have been cleaner. The outdoor pool was beautiful, but freezing!
The food we ordered at the pool was a good value and a nice/easy lunch option.
Overall the hotel seemed to be very clean, quiet and a nice place to stay with 3 children. We would definately come back to this locaiton when visiting Virginia Beach!

This hotel left a lot to be desired - made reservations months in advance for a suite and requested highest floor possible. When we arrived the front desk attendant rudely informed us that we would get the first available. We got the 4th floor. (manager offered to move us the next day after we were already settled in, but was didn't want to ...

Nice suite hotel, very cheery rooms with mostly warm yellow color scheme (very appropriate for the beach) All oceanfront rooms. Nice size and view. Great meetiing room space too! Super pool area

I loved the room itself especially the balcony area. just waking up and being able to look out and see the ocean is what i enjoyed the most.

We stayed at the hotel the last of July. Very nice staff and the hotel has excelent beach location, not crowded. Lots of things to do in the area. The only negative thing was the beautiful pool was freezing. Nobody was swimming in it. Also need to improve the elevator system.
