After being double-charged for a room which was reserved as part of a conference, it has been all but impossible to get somebody to reverse the charge. I've been told multiple times that the additional charges have been reversed, only to find out from my credit card company that they were never reversed, in a process that has been ongoing now ...

To start, the view is to die for. I took my fiancee here as a gift of a night out in the town and he still raves about the view. Especially impressed with the wonderful room considering that it was free because I used my Marriott rewards. I can not recommend you all enough. Thanks for the memories. See you soon.

Great hotel, great staff, small pool, but wonderful for a weekend in town. Sadly, there is construction at night outside and on a Friday night at 2am we heard trucks until 6am. Great breakfast and close to Reading Terminal and all venues in downtown.
