Not only is this hotel clean and elegant, the service is above and beyond excellence. The Desk clerks are highly professional and will make themselves available to you at any cost. The treatment is royalty treatment. Better than any other hotel. I am shocked that their star scores were three. No way, they deserve 10 stars. Any family, group or single that stays here will receive an outstanding connecticut welcome and elegant service.
