My family just stayed there last night and LOVED it. Very clean and the staff was all so friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was wonderful and staffed by a very friendly person. We look forward to going back to this location.

For a wedding we reserved 4 rooms, several weeks in advance. In total 14 rooms were actually taken by friends and relatives. After the wedding the hotel had the nerve to bill us for an "unused room", saying we had reserved 5 rooms. I think this hotel has a lot to be desired! The staff lacks in the customer service field. The general manger is one of the most unhelpful general manager's i've ever met. I stayed at this hotel probably 5 years ago and i loved it. You can tell they've had a change in management. The rooms are nice but why stay somewhere if the first person you meant gives you a bad impression.

The rate on this web site is never available i mentioned it and said it was mis-print. Still no changes. I don't like to be mis lead. So i was not happy with the front desk staff. The rate was not even close to the advertise price.

The quality inn right off the exit way better rate and nice rooms. Great front desk staff. With several restuarants close by. Plus even provide a shuttle to close area.
