By far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. My only problem was that the fireplace in the room was not working. I had booked this room because it had a fireplace. I was a little let down when it would not work. They said they would fix it the next morning, we were preparing to check out when they came. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Service was fine, the room was large and quite comfortable. The location was good but a bit too much traffic by the mall.
