Excellent location, can't beat it. Walking distance to the best shops on Michigan Ave., restaurants, etc. Fast room service in the morning, friendly staff in the lively hotel bar, efficient housekeeping staff. $9.95 per day buys a decent Internet connection. I would recommend staying here. Great location, you can walk down Rush street to resturants, Jazz clubs and some very upscale shopping. Our favorite steak house is on Rush called, Gibsons, make reservations if you want to eat in the back area or walk in the bar area,(for people watching) and first come first serve. The hotel beds are feather and I didn't want to get out of them. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Everything was excellent. From the curb service to the room service, I will definitly be going back! Its a block away from rush street so It makes for some excellent strolling.

We stayed at the Sofitel recently and I have to say it was a fabulous little getaway for us. The rooms are modern and comfortable. We had an oversized room with a great view. The hotel also has a great little bar that's sleek and sophisticated. You can not beat the location and the value.

My husband and I stayed at this establishment for my birthday. When checking in, my husband mentioned the occasion and they upgraded our room to a junior suite. An incredible way to start the night.

I love this Hotel. The service is awesome. It was clean and well decorated in a French country style. Each room has internet acess, plus my favorite a phone in the bathroom. Another interesting plus, is a speaker in the bathroom so you can listen to TV while you shower. Is that luxury or what, and they even turn down your bed with a complimentry Evian water. Great view from many of the rooms, and gives you the feel of living in France.

The service staff was courteous, timely and attentive to all of our needs. Breakfast in bed made my Sunday. The crepes were "berry" delish. The feather bed was pure luxury. It was the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The location was convenient for shopping, dining and theatre was also near by.
This one gets an A+! I'm making plans to go back during the summer.
