    Initial concerns about not being located near the better known locations became irrelevant upon realizing that most any place we cared to visit in the city, whether on foot, by gondola or motor boat, was nearly equidistant according to our day to day planning.

    THis is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens we had a garden view which was lovely. The canal view would be wonderful too. The room was fairly small but nicely furnished, new bathroom.
    The resturant had lovely views of courtyard and a very generous breakfast. Very convient location near Piazza Roma. Easy to drop off your luggage before you get ...
