My family and I (8 of us, grandma, mom, three kids and a friend each) have stayed at the Pelican every year for the last 12 years at different times each year, Spring Break, beginning of summer, end of summer, and always a wonderful stay! Walk across the street to a water park, walk next door to a souvenir shop, and right down the street from GREAT shopping opportunities!

We expected to be able to sleep on the sofa bed when in reality we could barely sit on the sofa. It was in horrible shape! There was hardly in stuffing in the cushions and the sofa bed was literally material over springs. We had to purchase an air mattress @ Wal-Mart to sleep on. The best place i've ever stayed at in the Destin area. Staff very helpful and nice. The condos were very clean and up to date. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and a huge waterpark right across the road. Price was very reasonable, expecially when shared with a group as we did. Overall, an outstanding place to stay.

This was a great place to vacation. We stayed for 4 nights and didnt want to leave. It is very clean and has great views from every angle. It is also in a great location and within walking distance of several shops and water park.
