Unclean, non smoking rooms wreaked of cigarrette smoke, sheets not clean on a new check in, bathroom had urine stains around toilet along with trash. When complained my cc was charged 250 out of spite,

Filthy, Unfriendly should be condemned for health reasons

Rooms were old smelling, very loud, the halls smelled strong of smoke and to top everything...bugs were Horrible! Absolutely unaceptable. Staff was the rudest! Extremely unprofessional! I travel a lot, and this place definately ranked as the worst. Never Again!!!!

Stayed one night while on cross country trip. Hotel was just adequate. Staff was friendly, but general presentation could be better - Bathroom light fixture missing cover, breakfast area disorganized, grass out front overgrown. None a big deal, but all noticable.

I stayed here about a year ago, and loved it. The prices were cheap, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this motel to everyone.

I liked the location of this hotel...it was close to just about anything we would want to see. But, I was SORELY DISAPPOINTED in the hotel itself. The carpet and paint were in sad disarray, you could smell cigarette smoke in the stairwells, visitors were really loud throughout a good portion of the night, and the whirlpool was barely lukewarm. ...

There were cockroaches crawling across the floor, the carpets were filthy, the pool was so dirty you couldn't see your feet when you looked down and the mattress on the pullout had springs sticking out...not very comfy!! We requested to use our Gold Crown Points to pay for the stay and the manager charged us 4 times the amount we were quoted ...

This Motel is not a newer property it is an older establishment. The room had a musty smell to it. The room looked ok but smelt like it was dirty. The furniture is out dated but polished. The beding and towells were clean. The pool needs some real work done on it. Tiles are falling off the inside walls of the pool. The pool water had a lot of cottonwood tree fuzz and other particles in it because the filter was not working properly.

I loved the bed - it was totally awesome! Not sure what about it, but it was the most comfortable I've had. Breakfast was good too - hot waffles in a cozy breakfast room. I enjoyed using the hot tub and treadmill after hours of driving. I'll be back... don't change the beds!
