Location, location, location. I work with Rockwell Collins, so the location is perfect. I have even walked to a couple of meetings. Beyond that, you are minutes by car to anyplace you would want to stay, eat, or drink.

There was not a lot of "fluff" to this hotel, which I think helps with keeping costs down. It's quiet. I don't ever remember hearing running water and even the doors closing weren't very noticable.
