We loved everything, location,service,staff,
Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The bar was a little expensive, so we didn't
get drinks there. We had a great time and
can't wait to be in New York City again.

Our son gaves us the trip as a gift and

A great hotel...right in the middle of everything. Nice large rooms for a Manhattan hotel. Kind of pricey, but this is Manhattan! Broadway shows are all within easy walking distance. Enjoyed my saty here

Very nice for a Hilton. The hotel is around the corner from Broadway and Time's Square and a short walk from Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. It's not a bad cab fair to SoHo, Chinatown or Little Italy. Very pleased with the location, service and room size. Would definitely do it again!

The location was great. Within walking or taxi to everything. The view out the window was fun. I like that the lobby is above an old theater. Felt safe. Employees were great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The housekeeping was really good and so was the breakfast. The rooms were huge and so was the lobby. It was amazing to spend a night at this astonishing hotel. Thank You Bye Bye

We arrived very late, after midnight and had called to let the staff know this. When we eventually got there, they were waiting for us. They welcomed us very nicely. We were only staying one night and since we arrived so late, we were given a one hour extension on the check out time. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city.
The room was quite clean and comfortable.
