First I would like to say " you get what you pay for", The food service was horrible, the supervisor never returned our call,found bugs in room.Location of hotel is next to freeway(very noisy)I never knew housekeepers were allowed to watch TV while they so called cleaned!There were kids running around hotel floors, I spoke with one housekeeper who smelled like beer.Manager was very rude to workers and some guests. Never again...

We decided to take a weekend trip to lancaster and stayed at this hotel. Never again. This hotel is right in the middle of two major highways and you can hear all the trucks that drive by all night long. We didn't get any sleep all night. We will find another hotel to stay at and there are plenty in the local area !!!

We stayed at this hotel thinking we will be close to all the attrations. Well we were very close, between two major highways. We could feel the trucks that went by in the night. Our room itself was very dirty. We will not not stay at this hotel again.

we stayed at 3 different hotels within a 2 mi radius. this hotel was the best bang for the buck and better than all the hotels we stayed at in the area..plus they inlcude breakfast. thumbs up. and definitely highly recommended.

The good news: The hotel was clean and neat with a friendly staff. The breakfast was good and generous.

The bad news: The hotel was directly between two major roadways was difficult to get to from the tourist attractions and had a significant amount of traffic noise.

Compared to other hotels in the area,it was a little pricey,but it was clean service was good,the people were nice,the breakfast is terrific.Room was clean,a little noisey,being next to the hyway,lots of morning trucks,passing into rte.30 merge.
coffe & snacks are always available.

Sited between two freeway ramps and with very poor service this is a place to forget. The manager would not return our calls either when we tried to complain.

MY HUSBAND AND OUR THREE YEAR OLD SON SPENT A WEEK HERE AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY IN OUR SPACIOUS, CLEAN HOTEL ROOM. THE LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO ALL AREA ATTRACTIONS, THAT WAS A BIG PLUS. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE. WILL COME BACK!!!!!!!!

I have previously work/managed Hotels/Motels and am very skeptical when making reservations. Customer service is a big deal to me, if you don't have that you can't run a "Good" "Quality" busn. I am saying this because, I was very impressed, Clean rooms, great shower, lots of room for a Hotel room. and the breakfast was WONDERFUL...
