the room was dirty. the bathroom had hair all over the floor. there was cobwebs showing dirt in corners. the bed was old and smelled bad. the sheets were thin and scratchy. the room was also musty.there were burns in the sofa. the fireplace didn't work. i wouldn't stay here again.

This was the best place to stay, our softball team, along with about 4 other teams were here. Everything was great. Staff was great. I wish the pool was opened longer and you could use the computers longer then 15 minutes before they logged you off. I understand why, because the kids would be on them forever.

Our family stayed one night at Holtz Village Hotel in Overland Park while traveling. Our room was located on the ground floor. There were three windows in our bedroom and all three were unlocked. A great value for a traveling family. Our entire softball team and their families stayed and the value of the free breakast and light dinner reception was great. This saved a great deal of money on the food budget. It was nice to have a balanced breakfast before heading for the ball fields for the day. The rooms are well kept and clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

I saw the pictures of the Holtze online and thought it might be worth checking out. I was not happy there at all and will never stay there again. When I checked in I was treated like a criminal. My overall experience was great! Enjoyed the happy hour the most!! Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. I usually stay at the Marriott and I can certainly say that I wasn't disappointed.

The staff was friendly, the food was outstanding and the rooms were great. It is also a great location; close to shopping and restaurants. The continental breakfast is far superior to any I have had at other hotels. We highly recommend Holtze!
