I liked the friendliness of the staff, well kept rooms and comfortable rocking chairs on the veranda! I found the concierge quite pushy ala a time share salesman. In the future we would stay closer to the market. Walk was long after a tiring day. Disappointed the restaurant was not open in the evenings. Buffet breakfast abd staff wrre excellent. Would have liked a complmentary shuttle from the airport!

I was very impressed with the level of friendliness and service. It is located within walking distance to most downtown attractions. The concierge was very knowledgable and made our weekend trip a memorable one.

This is not your typical Holiday Inn. We had a large comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The room was clean and neat with no signs of age or use. The staff treat you very well and offer great advice on anything from tours to great restaurants. Be sure to use the concierge to help plan your days - they are very knowledgable. I will be staying there again for my next visit.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve every stayed at. The beds are to die for, what I mean is they are the best beds you every will sleep in at a hotel. Great hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and great staff throughout the hotel. Good location. Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and other locations but it is not in the heart of the historic district. Great little pool and courtyard. Parking is reasonable in a lot that is right behind the hotel (But beware, if the lot full you will have to park across the street!) I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Our experience at this hotel has ALWAYS been outstanding. It's a beautiful property with a Charleston Plantation flavor. The rooms are spacious and attractive. Service is outstanding. Great location to Historic Charleston.
