we stayed in this place awhile back on one of our several trips to new orleans. the maintenence man was one of the nicest i have met in a long time when he came up to fix our tv. the only complaint i really have is that the bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked it to me. there were crumbs underneath the sink. breakfast was nice but they ran out a lot and you had to wait.
