Kim Inglis, Jacob Termansen, and Pia Marie Molbech created a book I had to have, Cool Hotels, published by Periplus. The Nilaya Hermitage, featured on pages 112 through 121, is the coolest. I have been wanting to visit Goa. The Nilaya Hermitage will be my first choice.

Our stay at the nilaya was extremely disappointing. In fact is was down right bad.
We stayed there in May just before the hotel was to close for the monsoon and were made to feel like the place was already closed! A lot of the food and drinks on the menu were unavialable, there were workmen wandering around the pool, staff hanging around and ...
