The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the bell staff and courtesy shuttle drivers. It's a few blocks from the CTA train station, so access to other areas of the city is farily easy. The bathrooms were really nice too...separae (huge) shower and tub.
Food options were a little pricey, but that's to be expected I guess.
Overall great place to stay.
