A Real TreatFrom first setting foot in the building, the arcitecture is breathtaking. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, personable and professional. Our room had vaulted ceilings and windows with a fantastic view of the city. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel bed Ive slept in, and the room even had a very pleasant aroma. Felt like celebritiesThe ONLY bad thing about this hotel is the construction in front, but don't let that stop you! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. I have been there twice and both were gorgeous. The first had carpeting and the second had brand new hardwood floors, a first for me in hotels.

Worth every pennyWhat a great hotel! The building itself was an old bank, the lobby is spectacular with its high ceilings and marble floors. The staff could not have been more helpful. We got there a little before check-in time and our room wasn't ready do they upgraded us to a king suite. The Heart of Rock Hall CityThis hotel is really nice. Yahoo got us a great deal! From the hotel you can walk to lakeside where the Rock and Roll Hall of fame is and you can walk to Terminal Tower and the Gund Arena, Jacob's Field, and the Football stadium. Horrible Customer ServiceThe customer service while trying to make a reservation is questionable. I called for rates and availability and I was quoted $93.. I accepted and was transfered to the reservation call center. They did not have this rate available and directed me to call the hotel back. Convenient, clean and child-friendlyHotel is in walking distance to Tower City. We had a huge room - my kids actually had room to run. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety.
