Walked to ballpark and rock and roll hall of fame.Nice room. Thats the good part. For 12$ a day we were parked in a public lot next door.At 9:00 pm the second night i found our rental cars rear window smashed. There was nothing visable to steal! Fron desk didnt seem to care! Never go there again.
From first setting foot in the building, the arcitecture is breathtaking. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, personable and professional. Our room had vaulted ceilings and windows with a fantastic view of the city. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel bed Ive slept in, and the room even had a very pleasant aroma. The overall stay ...
The ONLY bad thing about this hotel is the construction in front, but don't let that stop you! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. I have been there twice and both were gorgeous. The first had carpeting and the second had brand new hardwood floors, a first for me in hotels.
The ceilings are the tallest I have ever seen in a hotel, giving ...

What a great hotel! The building itself was an old bank, the lobby is spectacular with its high ceilings and marble floors. The staff could not have been more helpful. We got there a little before check-in time and our room wasn't ready do they upgraded us to a king suite. The room was very large with a little kitchette and a good size sitting ...
This hotel is really nice. Yahoo got us a great deal! From the hotel you can walk to lakeside where the Rock and Roll Hall of fame is and you can walk to Terminal Tower and the Gund Arena, Jacob's Field, and the Football stadium. Everything necessary is right there!

We enjoyed the scenery of the hotel. I loved the bedroom, the hotel itself. The beauty and awe that the building possessed was incredible. Service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Hotel absolutely clean and fresh smelled. Nothing that was every experienced before. The architecture of the building too was amazing and perked our interest from the ...
The customer service while trying to make a reservation is questionable. I called for rates and availability and I was quoted $93.. I accepted and was transfered to the reservation call center. They did not have this rate available and directed me to call the hotel back. Once I had the hotel back on the line, they had no idea who would have ...

The staff was generally helpful. The location is great, only a couple blocks from Gund Arena and Jacobs Field. Also they had free tickets to house of blues right across the street so we caught a show too!
