the food was rubbish ,the hotel requires demolishing all the bathrooms have tiles missing tiles broken a complete abortion ,staff asking for tips all through the holiday, restaurant reminded me of a pit canteen.
and to top it all my case was broken into by the bell-boy in the luggage room whist waiting to leave to travel home

i've been on alot of holidays in different countries and honestly the riviera was the best one. the food is really good, the rooms are nice, the views from all over the hotel are great and the animations team are great. all the sports and entertainment they do is excellent and the sister hotel (abou sofiane) is really good as well as you can ...

The hotel is marvellous

Very good hotel, as others have said. but everyone outside of the hotel seems to hassle you, and you tend to feel that your the only one. It can be scary at times when your used to London where everyone leaves you alone.

If you were a group of 16-18 year old girls, i would NEVER recommend, but if its a big group of lads & girls, no problem.

This Hotel is in the perfect location, approximately 2 minute walk to the beach through the sister hotel (Sofia) and 15 minutes to the local port where there are plenty of shops. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere around the whole hotel is fantastic.
